Net worth, on Home, is everything you own minus everything you owe, in the primary account's currency. It shows how your financial situation is changing.
What counts
- The balances of all accounts, archived ones included. A credit card with debt counts as negative. See Credit cards.
- Your stock portfolio (Silver and Gold plans), at today's price. See BODIVA stocks.
- Open loans: what others owe you adds, what you owe subtracts. See Loans.
How it changes
The chart shows how the accounts' balance changed over the month, the last 6 months or the last year (Month, 6M and 1Y); stocks and loans count in the figure, but not in the chart. Below it are the month's income and spending and your savings: the part of your income you didn't spend.
A single account
If you pick a single account at the top of Home, the card shows that account's balance instead of your net worth.
Financial health
Tap the card, or open More › Financial health, to see your net worth in detail. Assets are what you have: accounts with a balance, stocks and what others owe you. Liabilities are what you owe: credit cards with debt and loans. Each line shows the amount and its share of the total; tap one to open the account, the stocks or the loans.
At the top of the page is a score from 0 to 100, the average of three indicators: the savings rate (the share of income you keep; 20% gives the top score), debt (what you owe next to what you have; owing half gives zero) and the emergency fund (the months of spending your accounts cover; 6 months fills the fund). The averages come from the last 6 months.
What doesn't count yet
Things that aren't money, such as a house, a car or land, don't count towards net worth yet.
